  1. FEAR: FALSE/ EDUCATION ( PROGRAMMING FROM OUR THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTIONS) /APPEARING/ REAL/ WE CHOOSE AND WE CREATE BY OUR THOUGHTS AND REACTIONS TO OTHERS CREATING TENSION AS WE KNOW 95% OF OUR DISEASES OCCUR IN OUR MIND!!!

  2. Sometimes you really don’t want to do something. Can’t avoid it. It feels if it’s going to take forever.

  3. It’s breaking away from the conditioning that encourages us to rely on a system outside of ourselves. To hear and understand the how and why of self healing, is in itself a healing. God Bless.

  4. It is evil to only do what you want and what feels good all the time. Instead you do what you are running from. You face your fears. You challenge yourself even when it doesn’t feel good. Then you grow spiritually. You learn that what you want isn’t always what’s best for you. Feelings, emotions, highs are wonderful, but life is not only about these things. It is so much more complex than being joyous all the time. And yes. I have perfect health. I am well.

  5. Thanks for the revelation moving forward in the process of healing and getting the lessons. Thank you❤

  6. Wonderful information…
But please, can you share us how you healed your neurological disease.. the particular method or practice ??
Please, it’s a huge request.. cuz I’ve been suffering from disc bulge from past 2 – 3 YEARS , and i too can’t walk properly and easily just like you said . And I’m very young too, I’m just worried if it gets worse in the future.
I hope this message reaches you, and save many others who are suffering from the same.

    Thankyou.

  7. So it’s the energy of consciousness which makes us feel alive and when the body became incapable to sustain it those energy of consciousness leaves the physical body and as the science says energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it can change only it’s form . It means those energy are still here which can be sensed by some people which we consider as ghost, soul, spirit like things and then when it finds a right body for it that energy of consciousness starts its another journey in a new physical body . So it means what will call soul in spirituality that’s the energy of consciousness in science and people say science can’t describe the fact about soul but now it make sense soul is nothing but the energy of consciousness which makes us feel alive ( Disclaimer – I’m not a researcher but I love writing fictional novels so it’s normal for me to get weird thought and conspiracy theory own my own so I’m not saying my thought is here right I just wrote what I felt feel free to correct me if a have any point against my comment)

  8. Fantastic information – you literally outlined a process for self-healing! And yet there are still so many other mind-body connection practices that everyone can find something for themselves. The key is to start going within… with patience and kindness.

  13. This video did not break down, or explain how to heal the body. But instead it explained the connection between your consciousness, and body. And how your consciousness can prevent damage, or balance energies within the body. But yet it doesn’t show you how to heal your body if sick.

  14. Thank you! I, too suffer from a neurological problem, and I am currently bedridden! I am desperate to walk again!

  15. In "Theravada" Buddhism in Sri Lanka, all enlightened "Baghavath Buddhas" appear on earth after eons of life times of purification of the mind, as a fulfilling universal qualification to perfecting qualities of "conscious energies" described in Sri Lankan Buddhist texts "Pali Thripitaka" as "paramitha kamma" (perfectible universal deeds). The Baghvath Buddha has described beings existing in 31 realms. All creations in this universes are "energies" with influence of the "elements" under "causality". The Buddha has described how universal energy called "kamma" manifests in human form through human faculties of seeing, hearing, smelling, taste, touch & mind (past experiences) called aggregates, amalgamating with external world experiences of feelings through the "Human heart " organ as electrical wave signals to develop a "seed" to become "conscious energy" which continues to the brain as a "thought" and this continuation of experience is stored in the "sub conscious" mind in the human brain called "mano" (pali ) (mind) in Buddhism. This" perception " action is called "thought". Thought becomes a conscious energy called "kamma/karma in Buddhism.

  16. So, if chronic symptoms are caused by a physical injury, can you not heal? I bumped my head in an accident over 4 years ago and have developed POTS and post concussion syndrome that still hasn’t gone away. Is there no hope in that situation or can the body still heal?

  17. There have been actual studies on this concept as well as many other examples of this concept in practice. One study took multiple people with severre damage in their knee. Damage such as a torn ACL. This was a blind study, where the participants weren’t aware of the study. A select number of patients were told they were having surgery to fix their knee. They were put under anesthesia, but only had an incision made on the skin, and nothing further done. The rest of the participants had full surgery. Surprising, all patients fully healed, and some of patients who had absolutely nothing done, healed even faster than the patients who underwent the full reconstructive procedure. They saw the incision and in their mind, believed they were healed and repaired, and the body followed.

Other examples of the body following the mind are a man who had complete control over certain physical reactions. He could be touched by a scorching hot object and not get a burn. Contrastingly, he could be touched by a humans fingertip and get a burn welt. There physical reactions completely controlled by his mind. Or there’s the monks who can meditate in subzero temperatures for long periods, while maintaining high body temperature.
