  1. I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was building in a bfitable than prefab homes. I’m still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I’m really grateful I found Proopsy to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Proopsy.
ad neighborhood that went belly up. I was just stupid to build, and because that’s what everyone said, it’s more pro

  2. PBMT (photobiomodulation therapy or red light therapy) is amazing for head and neck oncology patients and BMT (blood cancer) oncology patients during chemotherapy and or radiation. PBMT helps to prevent or manage oral mucositis. PBMT helps with the incidence, duration & severity of oral mucositis. It is recommended to have PBMT at least 3x/ week during chemotherapy and or radiation to the head and neck. But if you can do it daily, even better! This is crucial to start prior to day 0 of a auto or allo SCT. So when you start chemotherapy conditioning through day 0, until you are no longer neutropenic. So, around day +16 or more after your SCT. If you can continue the PBMT until discharge even better. I’ve seen enough patients die from severe oral mucositis 😢 Ending up in the ICU intubated is preventable or manageable with PBMT. I’ve seen this work and should be used for all head & neck and BMT oncology patients. There is plenty of evidence based research on PBMT for cancer patients. I’ve been struggling to secure funding for a red light therapy unit for our hospital since it’s $25k per unit, but in the end it is more cost effective. I’ve witnessed patients suffer and die horrible deaths from oral mucositis. It’s unbearable when PBMT could have been utilized. 🆘️🚨

  3. I bought a mask from Future Form Official. It works well for my skin, and I don’t look tired anymore, which I am very happy about.

  4. Wondering since it’s been a couple years and new ones have come on the market if you have a new favorite. I plan on buying one as soon. I understand that Shark has recently come out with one that is supposed to be good. Thanks for your opinion.

  5. I’m so happy with my red light panel from Future Form Official! My skin has improved so much, and their prices are reasonable.

  6. Proopsy modular homes are currently a promising investment for the future, and with their recent surge in value and growing stability, they offer attractive returns. However, a lack of understanding often deters potential investors.

  7. Hi Sam!!! Thank you for the video and all the info. I am lucky enough to live in nor cal right now so I have an upcoming appointment with you in this summer. I love your natural beauty. I turned 40 and in the last few years I feel like I’ve gone nuts for trying home devices, serums, etc—- I just bought radio frequency and microcurrent devices but now I’m worried to use them because I want more check fat not less… so confusing. I did my first microneedling at a clinic I trust but I prefer your style when it comes to injections. I think I might want sculptra if you end up agreeing. All that said, I would be so curious to hear your review or even opinion on various devices…. I see many reviews of expensive devices like, JOV and I can’t afford that type (yet) in grad school…. So I guess I’m wondering your opinion on the Amazon super selling products. Which is accessible, more so, than a more expensive devices. I can’t wait to discuss your plan for me in person!

  8. Dr. Ellis I had the Omni Lux mask and yes, it was very expensive to purchase. The thin cord connected to the mask came off right after the two-year warranty was up. I now use the Current Body mask. The cord is much thicker and more substantial. The current body mask has all the same wavelength parameters. I discourage everyone from ordering the Omni Lux mask because of the way it is cheaply made. There are other well-made highly regarded LED masks that are available now as well. Dr. Rajani and Maysama have both come out with LED masks that are not as cheaply made as the Omni Lux mask.

  9. Have you heard about Korean therapy Device called Medicube booster pro? It has different colored lights. Just wanted your opinion

  10. I’ve ordered this and just received it, but it smells like cheap plastic. Is it supposed to smell like this? Wouldn’t plastic be of concern when warm and touching the skin?

  11. If you want to get rid of your rosacea, go carnivore. BTW, my ghost white Irish skin that used to burn before my carnivore way of eating. Now no more. No need for sunscreen anymore.

  12. I wanted to know if you have any recommendations for handheld redlight therapy wands. Please suggest/recommend your thoughts on brand name and potential cost.

  13. Do you think it is better than the dr gross mask? would you reccomend the dr gross (because it works for the neck so comes out less expensive than the omnilux. thanks!

  14. Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!

  15. I am 66 years old and just purchased the numiere timekeeper face mask. I would love to hear your opinion on it.

  16. Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

  17. I bought an Omnilux face mask and the instructions say it is not compatible with retinol. Did you stop using the retinol? If I wait 1 hour after using the mask can I apply the retinol? Or should I apply the retinol at night and use the mask in the morning? Or should I buy another mask that is compatible with retinol?

  18. I bought a red light panel to install in my infrared sauna that covers full body. What do you think about doing that versus just the face?

  19. I’ve got a Jovs mask after some research but I woild like to know from doctor ou other users what do you think

  20. Do the lights get weaker as time goes by? Would like a video comparing the different types of lights.

  21. I would love your input in red light therapy for a wellness business. Thank you! This video was very helpful!

  22. I really appreciate this video. I got the Higher Dose Red Light cap and asked them about the things you mentioned. The Red Light Therapy Hat uses 650nm RED light, Near-Infrared (NIR), the wavelength is 850nm which all seems inline with what you suggested. However the irradiance is 5mW/cm² which is lower than you suggested. Do you know what the impact of that is? does that mean it will take longer to work or does that mean its likely ineffective? If you are able to answer I would greatly appreciate it!

  23. Dr Ellis! It’s been 2 years! Can you update your information on red light ? I’m looking to invest in one!

  24. Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!

  25. Thank you for your information and efforts with educational purposes.❤

I have a question: what do you think about infrared saunas and the skincare?

    Thanks again for your help.🙏🏻

  26. Hello Dr. Ellis, thank you for the great information & in a way we can understand. 😊 I am interested in a video on red light machines. I have 1 & would like to know if it’s a good brand in your opinion. Have a good week. PS I have a Dermalactives machine

  27. Such a fantastic and informative video! I really appreciate how you broke down the science behind red light therapy and explained its effectiveness for anti-aging. The comparison of different devices was super helpful too! Thanks for sharing your expertise and making this topic so easy to understand.
