Yes, you can safely take calcium and magnesium together, and it’s often recommended due to their complementary roles in the body. Our bodies are created with a heart, bones nerve endings and so on and so on and so on and so on… Aminos and minerals as many people know but not all or maybe even most.. are also parts of our body…. Yet some of these people are out here spewing all kinds of trash that they don’t even know talking about you can’t take Vitamin c with vitamin A and you can’t take Vitamin c with vitamin B..

They are naturally occurring… So yeah I don’t believe that it’s dangerous for not one second.
What IISS dangerous is buying supplements that have a ton of trash in them. Those that are filled with a bunch of garbage like cellulose which is wood chips.
They’re not hiding what they put in our food anymore. If you look on or through Federal resources, they actually blatantly admit that they put some form of poison in our foods.. they say that it’s not dangerous though because it’s in small amounts LOL
When 95% of our Foods on the shelf possessed that poison and it’s ingested for years and years and years and years and years then guess what? It does matter! Why in the hell would they put any kind of poison whatsoever in the first place?!
Thesupplement industry is highly unregulated. Therefore a lot of places are taking advantage of people who do want to do the best thing for their body and give it what it demands rather than some foreign substance. They are marketing these products as third-party tested when they are not. They are marketing them as if they have no extra flavors or additives and they do.
A lot of this marketing says a whole lot about consumers as well. It says that we’re complacent and mindless and that we buy things without looking at what the real ingredients are. We don’t do our research. They know that. They know that even though there are some people who will, most people just believe whatever they see on the bottle and they buy it. That’s what they’re betting on.
Anyone can claim that it’s untrue but it’s a fact of the matter. People are making millions and millions and millions of dollars and there’s a reason why.
I don’t care if you have the most expensive product in the world, you’re going to have people who will complain about the price and you’re going to have the people who buy it. I don’t care if you have the worst product in the world, you’re going to have people who won’t buy it and you’re going to have the people who do. If enough people purchase that product you’ll have room for success " "
Again to tell somebody that one vitamin or mineral is dangerous is ridiculous.
Most people are very deficient. Most people don’t even take tests so they’re blindly giving their body things they don’t even know if they need. Then you have the people who haven’t given their body what they’ve needed for years on end.. they take it and they think it’s going to magically work in two days. It takes time to reverse the damage that is done.
You have to start smaller and you have to build up and check in with your body

Magnesium is often added to calcium supplement to help with absorption not to prevent it!!! Where do you get your info from?!!! You’re someone who studied science as you say about yourself, how come you say that?!!!
Also you can’t just throw vitamin K without specifying which K are you talking about… because recently it’s been known to take both vit D3 and K2 together and that’s for totally the opposite of what you said.. it’s to prevent hypercalcimia and to direct calcium to where they should go bones & teeth not blood & arteries!!!
