  1. The only thing that I don‘t like is the mention of the EWG, on this side are products recommended that according to their own guidline are toxic, I think you can buy yourself on that list.
The best tips for me are the air and the diffusing and the vaccuming/dusting because thats something that gets overlooked so much.

  2. How do you make your own thieves cleaner recipe to use in your house to disinfect and be safe around pets

  3. I used to make my own laundry detergent, but it faded my clothes and made holes in them. I still use wool dryer balls though.

  4. Please understand that you’re making laundry soap, not detergent. You really risk ruining your clothes and washing machine because of the fats and oils used in soaps. Soap doesn’t have enough surfactants to work properly on your clothes. The homemade “soap” is no less hazardous than commercial detergent. Just because it’s called “natural” doesn’t make it safe, let alone effective. Please be careful.

  5. Love these tips! I have done all of these things already over the last 7 years or so but sometimes I start to feel like I’m the only person who cares about toxins and chemicals in our environment. This makes a quick easy way to share with friends and family when they ask me how or why I do these things. ❤

  6. Your cleaner is the the easiest thing to start with and it works so much better. I have also switched my dish soap, hand soap and I use your facial toner. Next I am trying your shampoo! Thank you.

  7. I have been using healthy personal care and cleaners for years now. However I hesitate to use baking soda for toothpaste as I wonder about the long term effects on enamel. But another healthy choice we make is using natural fibres whenever possible. I refuse to have acrylic carpet in my house with all the toxic chemicals used in its manufacture. Wool carpet and wooden floors. Plus there isn’t the issue of landfill and plastics in the oceans with wool.

  8. It definitely is a process, I started with the dishes switching to glass and stainless steel and cast iron (expensive 😰) and not using aluminum foil. My next step is making my shamooos and conditioners and body products myself, I have pcos and other issues which I want to get better before we have children. Thank you! Great video.

  9. I have tried to use essential oils on my dryer balls and then it seems like afterward for the next few loads I can have oily stains showing up on light colored clothing especially. Have you ever had this problem? Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

  10. In the UK and EU you can no longer buy borax. In 2010 the EU reclassified the ‘Borate’ group of chemicals that Borax belongs to as potentially hazardous to health. Therefore it is no longer available as a cleaning and laundry product

  11. Wait a minute… I thought Cinnamon and Rosemary were No-No oils for babies and tots (including diffusing), I saw these on the do not use list from Mama Natural and Mommypotomus, because they are harmful for young lungs.
